Digital Asset Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) incorporated in the Cayman Islands, formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The company intends to focus its search on the digital asset and cryptocurrency sectors, aiming to bring private digital asset companies into the public markets. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $11.50 per share.
