Today, we introduced valuations for Canadian stocks, which, in addition to traditional valuation methods, incorporate AI-driven assessments using a specially trained model designed to provide accurate and insightful valuations. This marks the first step in a broader rollout—soon, we’ll be adding stock valuations for multiple other countries.
Updated Backtesting Data

Today we updated the data used for backtesting stock performance across different ratings categories. We have now limited the backtesting period to the past 8 years. This decision was made to align with the timeframe used for training our AI stock valuation model.

Today we updated our AI valuations of stocks. We continue to work on our AI stock valuation model. With every iteration, its predictions are becoming more accurate, as tested on historical data. Of course, past performance does not guarantee future results, but having a good valuation tool gives an edge to investors who use it.

AI Valuations Updated

Today, we updated AI valuations for most of the stocks. This update is the result of our ongoing efforts to perfect the AI valuation model. Our next step is to extend the coverage of AI valuations to stocks where it is not yet available.
New AI Valuations Are on Site

Today, we posted our first AI stock valuations using our updated AI valuation model. As with any investment recommendations, they should be treated with caution. Additionally, as with our intrinsic value model, performance is not guaranteed. However, during backtesting, we observed that stocks rated as 'Buy' or 'Strong Buy' consistently outperformed those rated as 'Sell' or 'Strong Sell,' often by a wide margin. The backtesting results for the AI valuation model are significantly more pronounced.
AI Model for Stock Valuation

We have embarked on a major enhancement to the site’s usefulness for investors. Over the past six months, we conducted extensive research on how machine learning and artificial intelligence could be leveraged for stock valuations. As a result of this monumental effort, we developed a proprietary AI valuation model. This model has been trained on 30 years of data from approximately 3,000 stocks. Using the trained model to predict stock prices on data not included in the training set, we achieved remarkable results—significantly outperforming our fundamental analysis valuation model. We plan to start posting stock price forecasts—referred to as AI valuations—on the site in the coming days.
